Pegram & Noyes is locally owned and operated by Lance M. Noyes, a licensed insurance agent.

Scott is the founder of Bridge Insurance. Transitioned from a successful career in corporate America in 2005 when he started marketing insurance in Charleston, SC. A native of Northeast Georgia, Scott graduated from the College of Charleston in 1989.
