Richard Petty Driving Experience Giveaway – 2026 Florida Tow Show

By submitting an entry to win the Richard Petty Driving Experience at the 2026 Florida Tow Show, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility & Entry Rules
- Only one entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.
- The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

2. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Bridge Insurance, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively “Bridge Insurance”) expressly disclaim and waive **all responsibility and liability** for any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Richard Petty Driving Experience, including but not limited to:
- Any accident, collision, mechanical failure, or incident during the driving experience
- Personal injury, property damage, or death
- Any other harm, however caused, whether due to negligence or otherwise

The participant (and/or the winner) voluntarily assumes all risks** associated with the Richard Petty Driving Experience, which is an inherently dangerous high-speed motorsport activity.

3. Waiver of Claims
By entering and/or accepting the prize, you (and on behalf of your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns) hereby fully and forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Bridge Insurance from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to the giveaway or the Richard Petty Driving Experience.

4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridge Insurance from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) brought by you, your family members, or any third party as a result of your participation.

5. Acknowledgment
You confirm that you have read and fully understand this disclaimer. You enter voluntarily and at your own risk. No representations or warranties of any kind are made by Bridge Insurance regarding the safety or suitability of the experience.
